We have observed in past that after completion of class 10th, students would go back to their homes & parents of children did not provide further education and children reverted to either animal grazing or were pushed into child labor work under local contractors. After class 10th around 80% students are dropout in our operational area and only 20% students doing further education. Considering the above we are planning to upgrade further till class 12th in coming educational session starting from 2018, so that they can take teachers training, nursing training, Industrial training or other vocational education to stand on their own feet in the society.
